Do not grieve the holy spirit, instead let's focus on kindness and compassion, forgiving each other just as we have been forgiven.

Keep unwholesome talk out of your mouth. We need to focus on building others up with our words. There are many ways for us to do this.

Paul calls us to do useful work with our hands rather than stealing. Then we are to share with those in need out of the blessings God gives.

Letting go of anger and speaking the truth are two vital choices you must make as disciples of Christ.

We must put off the old self and put on the new with deliberate actions each day.

There is difficulty, strength and beauty to be found in becoming spiritually mature, & learning to speak the truth in love.

God's grace is for all. He offered his gifts and love to all, regardless of their heritage. Jesus taught us how to use those gifts for all.

"I urge you to live a life worthy of the calling you have received." (Eph 4:1) We must live in unity as the body of Christ.
